The Proofreading Service is the first level of our proofreading and editing services for professionals and individuals who need their CVs, covers letters, personal statements or any other written copy thoroughly checked for the three elements of grammar, punctuation and spelling.
In this service, the proofreader will examine your text for those three aspects only as illustrated in detail below.
1. Grammar check
We will correct any grammatical errors, including subject-verb agreement, upper case and lower case, tenses, use of modifiers, possessive pronouns, connectors, and the apostrophe.

2. Spelling check

We will replace any American words or expressions with British equivalents, (or vice versa in accordance with the client’s requirements) as exemplified below:

3. Punctuation check
We will also correct any punctuation mistakes. A few recurrent examples we come across include the use of colon, semicolon, and quotation marks.
